Das Max-Delbrück-Centrum für Molekulare Medizin in der Helmholtz-Gemeinschaft betreibt biomedizinische Grundlagenforschung. Wir versuchen, die Ursachen von Krankheiten auf molekularer Ebene aufzuspüren, um diese besser erkennen und behandeln zu können und um ihnen besser vorzubeugen. Unser Ziel ist es, die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse möglichst rasch in die Anwendung zu überführen.
